Currently PHR's are difficult to navigate, do not support mobile design, and have poor usability. 
Proto Persona Creation, Sketching,  Low-fidelity Wireframing, High-fidelity Prototyping, UXPin, InVision
Worked as a UX Designer on a team of 4. Was solely responsible for the creation of "Pay Bills" user flow. Helped in brainstorming, sketching, iteration process, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping.
