Hi, my name is Pooja!

I am a Senior UX Researcher with over 6 years of experience studying how people think, make decisions, and interact with technology. With a Master's in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and a Bachelor's in Anthropology from Rutgers University, I specialize in mixed-method research that helps teams understand user behavior, reduce friction in complex systems, and design more intuitive product experiences.

My background in anthropology and human factors shapes how I approach research, bringing both a behavioral and systems perspective to the work. I partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure decisions are grounded in a deep understanding of users and the realities of how people interact with technology.

* I am currently actively seeking a Senior UX Researcher position, both full-time and contract opportunities. I enjoy learning new domains and applying human-centered research across industries, and I value collaborating with teams that prioritize thoughtful, behavior-driven design.

Amateur Artist

I am a amateur "pro" sketcher. Since I was a child, I have enjoyed deconstructing and sketching the world around me. This allowed me to see and understand the environment around me on a different level. It has helped me pick up subtle and important details which have assisted me with observing and interviewing participants today.
